Co-founder of CRC Avocats, Nathalie began her career as a counselor in labor law, administrative law, and human rights law. Before founding CRC Avocats, Nathalie worked at a general practice firm where she handled labor and employment law matters. Nathalie also worked at the Commission des normes du travail in 2014 and at the Department of National Defence from 2015 to 2016, where she honed her skills in representation, particularly in labor law and human rights law. Since 2018, Nathalie has been working as a specialist advisor in labor relations within a department of the Government of Canada.
Currently completing her Master’s degree in labor law, Nathalie also holds a specialized diploma in labor law and social protection. Valuing a collaborative approach between parties in managing her cases, Nathalie is in the process of obtaining a specialization in dispute prevention and resolution, as well as accreditation as a mediator.
