Our firm accepts mandates for drafting and ratifying agreements related to the Legal Aid Certification Service. Since parties do not have to be financially eligible for legal aid to benefit from the SAH, we offer this service to all our clients.
This service allows the parties to make modifications to child custody, access rights, or alimony for a child or spouse (or ex-spouse), regardless of the reason, even if they have already obtained a judgment relating to child or spousal alimony, according to the rates set by the Law.

Youth Protection
